FIRST DOUGH : MEALY PIE DOUGH
250 gm soft flour
125 gm margarine/butter/shortening
65 gm cold water
5 gm castor sugar
5 gm salt
product : apple pie
STEP:
1) mix all the ingredient. (all in one) except cold water until the texture become like bread crumb
2) pour cold water little by little
# if mcm liat tambah air, if lembik tmbh tepung sikit

#elakkan dari menguli, just combine/ mampatkan dough. (texture yg baik elakkan sentuh dough banyak kali)
3) done combine, rest 10 minutes dlm chiller
4) after 10 minutes, kneading the dough flat like this :
haa nak tau besar mane, ukur la dough muat ke tak nak msok kat acuan pie tu . jgn nipis sgt, jgn tebal sangat. make sure dough tu lebih besar dr bulatan acuan pie. dough yg lebih simpan tuk buat cover ats pie mcm anyam ketupat tu nanti yee
5) transfer dough ke acuan pie. jgn tekan teros. angkat sikit dough dan tekan perlahan lahan ikut shape dia. mcm ni :)
then nk buang lebihan dia. just pkai rolling pin. sekali roll je atas surface acuan tu k. :)
nanti jadi mcm ni. cantik je kannn. ;D
6) done. bake for 35 minutes 180 degree
SECOND STEP : FILLING
7 green apples, slice
150 g sugar/brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
100 g raisin
50 g corn flour
1) mix kan corn flour, cinnamon powder and brown sugar
2) cook on stove
3) after cool, add in green apples and raisin
4) done :)
* lepas dah siap baked mealy pie dough , just fill in filling yang korang buat tu. then buat la cover
mcm ni la jadinya nnti. buat kemas2 ye. baru cunn
2) then bake lagi for 50 minutes/ 180 degree.
3) dah siapppp. yeay !
